Treat Dad to this

Cast aside thoughts of a 1970s’ drink for housewives, vermouth is back and it’s cooler than ever. The No.3 S.E. Dry Vermouth is a collaboration between The London Vermouth Company and Sussex chef Simon Edwards and features English Bacchus from the South Downs, five simple botanicals, Hampshire bramleys, Essex gooseberries and Dulwich honey. It makes for a great martini and a top mid-priced gift for Father’s Day. £25/50cl.
