Afternoon Tea and Floral Master Class at Bluebell Vineyard Estates
Florist Megan Rose will guide you through a spring arrangement filled with tulips and other spring bulbs and flowers to create a beautiful design to take home with you.
After, enjoy a glass of our award-winning sparkling Hindleap Rose and a wonderful afternoon tea, produced by The Wealden Kitchen catering company. To finish you’ll be guided through a tasting of Bluebell Vineyard’s award-winning Hindleap and Ashdown wines. 11am on March 26th or 27th, £65pp.
Afternoon Tea at The Savoy and Drury Lane with Nyetimber
Book the classic afternoon tea at The Savoy and enjoy a glass of Nyetimber, the very first English Sparkling Wine to be served alongside this iconic tea. To add some extra sparkle for each mum on Mother’s Day, they will also receive a gift wrapped half bottle of Nyetimber’s Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage to take home.
Alternatively head to The Grand Saloon at London’s first five-star theatre, The Theatre Royal Drury Lane, where for the week leading up to Mothering Sunday all guests who book the Mother’s Day afternoon tea, created by patisserie chef, Lily Vanilli, will receive a complimentary glass of Nyetimber’s Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage.
Tea and Tour at Tinwood
After being served tea and coffee upon arrival, explore how Tinwood near Chichester grows its grapes and taste three sparkling wines, while gaining knowledge from the journey of grape to glass.
Sit back and enjoy finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve, with a selection of sweet treats supplied by our friends at The Hungry Guest in Petworth overlooking the stunning vineyard. Arrival from 11:45am for noon start, £49 pp.
Rosé Afternoon Tea at Balfour
Begin with a tasting of Balfour’s signature sparkling wine, Brut Rosé, followed by a delicious and beautifully presented selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes, alongside more sparkling Balfour Wine on the gorgeous terrace or first floor tasting room.

Treat your mum to an idyllic tour of Hambledon in Hampshire – England’s oldest commercial vineyard, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. Take a relaxing afternoon stroll around the vines and state-of-the-art winery, before settling down to a glass of fizz and a fresh cream tea. £30pp
A Sussex Sparkling afternoon tea at The Cadagon
Belmond Hotel, The Cadogan, has designed a special Mother’s Day afternoon tea from newly-appointed executive pastry chef, Pierre Morvan that celebrates nostalgia with a touch of luxury.
Inspired by the beautiful Cadogan Place gardens located just opposite the hotel, the tea features intricate creations such as coffee and mascarpone eclairs and caramelised pear frangipane, served with a selection of the finest luxury teas and Rathfinny Classic Cuvée. £60pp
Afternoon Tea Picnic and Vineyard Train Tour at Denbies
Enjoy a glass of Denbies Sparkling Wine as you are taken through the vineyard to the highest viewpoint on this informative tour which tells the story of how the wine is made from carefully selected handpicked grapes on the estate.
