The dinners, served at the luxurious private island hotel in Bray will celebrate local English winemakers

Monkey Island Estate, the luxury private island hotel on the River Thames in Bray, has announced a series of English wine pairing dinners throughout 2023.

Jan will present the family’s wines, which will be served alongside a menu specially-curated to bring out their best characterstics. Dishes will include Beetroot Cured Lock Duart Salmon to start, followed by Creedy Carver Chicken and Strawberry Posset.

The dinners will take place at Monkey Island Brasserie

Additional wine-pairing events will be announced soon and guests looking to discover the bespoke dinners are of course also able to maximise their visit with to a stay at the hotel, for the ultimate wine-lovers getaway.
